Cairo Housing and its subsidiaries issue securitization bonds worth EGP 336 million

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved the first issuance of securitization bonds for Cairo Housing and Development Company (ELKA) and its subsidiaries, with a total value of EGP 336.7 million.

The company stated in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange, today Sunday, that the FRA has approved the issuance of securitization bonds for “Cairo Housing,” with a value of EGP 146.08 million and its subsidiaries, with a value of EGP 190.61 million.
